Frequently Asked Questions about SnapRISK®
Clearing the record cache on your mobile device will usually solve this issue. To do this, you can go to the "settings" menu within Fulcrum and select the option to clear your records cache. You can find an instructional video how to do this under the "Resources" tab above.
New users can find help at "". Here they will be able to watch videos and access documents to help them get set-up in the app.
We created a brief tutorial video that you can find above in the "Resources" tab that shows an example of how to fill out a record.
To set a pin for a record, you will need to first go into that record's map view from within the app. From there, you will be able to place the pin. For further instructions, please check under the "Resources" tab above for a video demonstration on how this is done.
Click the name of the current app that you are in (near the top of the screen). This will bring up a list of all the apps that you have access to. You can also find a document in the "Resources" tab above that shows you how to switch between apps.
Generating a report can be done at the tap of a finger! While in a record, find the report generation button near the bottom of the screen. Next, select which report option you'd like to generate. If you are still having trouble, we have a video tutorial on how this is done in the "Resources" tab.
Frequently Asked Questions about carringtonrisk.com Dashboard
To keep your data secure, you are automatically signed-out of your dashboard after 10 minutes of inactivity. Additionally, if you are visiting from the same web browser and have not signed-in within the last 30 minutes, we require that you sign-in again.
"Managers" are able to access additional dashboard features that are unavailable to a "user". The "user" role is not able to view the "Data" or the "Users" tabs above. Additionally, they are not able to request app changes, data, or additional app users. They are also unable to create notifications for their organization or upload documents. Please contact us if you need to switch the roles of someone within your organization.

*Why is my account locked?
For security purposes, when a user has not logged in or synced their device in 30 days, their account becomes locked. Click on "Requests" on the navigation menu above to request to unlock your account.

Register New Site User
Fill out the following fields to give a Fulcrum user access to their own dashboard.
*make sure this is the same email address that this person uses for Fulcrum
Create a login password for this user. For maximum security, make sure that this password:
1) appears completely random 2) has uppercase and lowercase letters 3) includes numbers and symbols (!, #, or @) 4) is over ten characters long
- organization will determine which dashboard this user will see (select standard user if you just want user to see their Fulcrum information).
- select whether or not this user will have manager privileges

You must first change your password before you are able to view your dashboard.
To change your password, click on the user drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the screen, and select "My Profile". You must re-enter your current password first, then you will be prompted to select your new password.
Once your password has been successfully changed, please refresh your web browser to access your dashboard.

Why am I seeing this screen?
You are seeing this screen because you are currently logged out. This could be for one of two reasons:
1): Your last sign-in was over 30 minutes ago. For security reasons, a user will not be able to view their dashboard if their last login was over 30 minutes ago. We ask that you please sign-in again.
2): You are attempting to access your dashboard directly from your browser URL without first signing-in.
